					<description>Turning off comments is probably not a good idea.  You don't have to respond to all comments, but it is a good idea to know what perceptions and opinions are out there.  Kivi says, " You must be open to people commenting about your organizations. You can pretend there is not negativity about your organization, but you will not advance your cause if you don't address opposition."</description>
